Back Ground /Introduction 

In 2013 some likeminded professionals got to gather as a group and started a journey toward change for creating a better world and one and half year worked at ground as a group and made clear vision, stature and plans then got registration on 1st may 2014 under social welfare ordinance 1962 Government of Balochistan .It was great 1st achievement of core team who given a legal direction for contribution in Development of Balochistan.

As Balochistan is the most backward province of Pakistan. It has a huge land mark where population is scattered in remote areas. As a result, 90% of the population is deprived of basic necessities of life. Therefore, MERC with the passion of human cause opt to work at right base approach and make his best efforts to protection of Human rights at each level.

The objective of the organization is to promote and protect human life with the help at social and environmental awareness in Balochistan, by enlighten of communities MERC can fashion a sustainable social and development practices, such as promotion of education, identification of social issues with viable solution to safe guard human rights specially, women, child and youth rights. Resultantly, the people are brought together on the platform of CBOs/CSOs and NGO’s to act in common interest. Infect, the MERC believe in collective effort and pursue networking with the government, NGO’s, CBO’s communities, media and civil society groups to maximize the output of benefits. In nutshell, development with collective effort can only bring a constructive and lasting change.

  • Building the capacities of the local communities/ Community organizations to develop their organizational strength and leadership skills for gender mainstreaming.
  • Engaging in awareness, mobilization and policy advocacy for protection of Human rights.  Women economic development.
